Getting started & using Keel

What is Keel?
Keel is a guided pelvic-floor training program for men, built to reduce bladder leaks and rebuild control — including after prostate surgery. Instead of managing the symptom with pads, Keel trains the muscles at the source through short, expert-guided sessions you follow privately on any device.
How does it work?
You start with a short assessment. From your answers, Keel builds a personalized program and guides you through it one session at a time. A calm voice tells you exactly what to do — when to contract, how long to hold, and when to fully release — so you never have to wonder whether you are doing it right.
How long does a session take?
Most daily sessions take only a few quiet minutes. They are designed to fit into an ordinary day — after waking, before bed, or any calm moment — and you can do them seated, lying down, or standing.
How often should I train?
Once a day is the rhythm the program is built around. Consistency matters far more than intensity — a few focused minutes every day rebuilds the muscle better than long, occasional efforts. Keel keeps track of your streak so the habit is easy to hold.
Is this just Kegels?
No. Random squeezing often works the wrong muscles or stops too soon. Keel follows a structured rehabilitation protocol — finding the right muscle, quick and long holds, full relaxation (which matters as much as the contraction), and functional use in everyday moments like coughing, lifting or standing up.
Do I need any equipment?
Nothing at all. No devices, no probes, no accessories — just your phone, tablet or computer, and a few minutes to yourself.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Your first guided session is free, with no payment details required — a calm way to see exactly how Keel works before you decide.

Results & progress

How long until I see results?
Many men notice fewer leaks within a few weeks of daily practice. Everyone is different, and progress depends on your starting point and consistency — which is exactly why Keel shows your curve day by day, so improvement is something you can see rather than guess.
How does Keel track my progress?
A ten-second evening check-in records how your day went. Over time those check-ins draw a clear progress curve, and each week a short review adjusts your program to your real results — so the training keeps matching where you actually are.
What does the full program look like?
Keel is built as a twelve-week path: the first weeks rebuild the foundation, a re-test around week six checks your curve, and by week twelve you move into lighter maintenance to keep the control you have earned.
What if my results plateau or slip back?
That happens to almost everyone along the way and usually passes. Keel’s weekly review notices it and gently adjusts your program, and the maintenance phase is designed to hold onto the progress you have made.
Does pelvic-floor training help with more than leaks?
Strengthening and learning to fully relax these muscles is a first-line approach for bladder control, and many men value the added confidence it brings to daily life. Keel provides general wellness guidance and is not a treatment for any specific condition — for anything beyond continence, talk to your doctor.

Safety & after prostate surgery

I’ve had prostate surgery. Is Keel safe for me?
Pelvic-floor rehabilitation is a first-line approach after a prostatectomy. Keel starts gently and builds gradually — but always begin with your medical team’s go-ahead, especially in the weeks right after surgery.
Is Keel a medical device or treatment?
No. Keel offers general wellness guidance to help you train your pelvic floor. It is not a medical device and does not replace your doctor’s advice. If you have pain, blood, or any symptom that worries you, speak with a clinician.
Can I do Keel before surgery?
Many men train beforehand so the muscles already know the movement and recover the feel of it sooner afterwards. If surgery is planned, mention pelvic-floor training to your care team and start with their go-ahead.
Should I stop if something feels wrong?
Yes. Training should feel calm, never painful. If you feel pain, stop and check with your doctor before continuing.

Privacy & discretion

Is Keel private?
Completely. Sessions work with your eyes closed, on any device, with no one around the wiser — nothing on screen announces what you are doing. Discretion is the whole point.
What appears on my bank statement?
Your statement shows a neutral descriptor — KEEL — with nothing revealing the nature of the program.
How is my data handled?
Your information is used only to build and adapt your program. It is never sold, and health-related answers are never shared with advertisers. You can read the full details on our privacy policy.

Plans, billing & cancellation

Your first guided session is free. After that you can choose a monthly plan or save with annual billing — the current options and prices are shown on the pricing section.
