This policy explains how we handle personal information when you join our waitlist or visit our website. Keel is currently in a pre-launch (waitlist) phase.

3. Information we collect

• Information you provide: your email address when you join the waitlist.
• Information collected automatically: basic technical and usage data such as IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed, through cookies and similar technologies (including analytics, where enabled).

We do not ask for or collect health information through the waitlist. Joining may indicate interest in a men’s pelvic-health product, but we collect no medical data at this stage.

4. How we use your information

• To notify you about Keel’s launch and send product updates and marketing communications you have signed up for.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website.

We send marketing communications based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Service providers we share data with

We share limited personal data with trusted providers who process it on our behalf:

• Klaviyo — email platform, to manage the waitlist and send emails.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Supabase — database and storage.
• Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics), where enabled, to understand site usage.

These providers act as our processors and may not use your data for their own purposes. Some may process data in the United States or other countries.

6. We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and, where enabled, analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or for a reasonable period after launch, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Keel is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
