Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Keel by Orykas ("Keel," "we," "us," "our") is operated by MDMS GROUP LLC, a company registered in Florida, United States. You can contact us at contact@orykas.com.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Keel website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. What Keel is — and is not

Keel is a guided pelvic-floor training program for men. It provides general wellness guidance: structured exercise sessions, reminders, and progress tracking.

• Keel is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
• Keel does not provide medical advice and does not replace the advice of your doctor or another qualified health professional.
• Always consult your doctor before starting the program, especially after surgery or if you have an existing medical condition, and stop and seek medical advice if you experience pain or unusual symptoms.

3. Eligibility and your account

The Service is intended for adults (18+). To use the Service you must create an account with accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at contact@orykas.com.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Free first session: after you create an account, your first guided session is free. A paid subscription is required for the rest of the program — further sessions, check-ins, progress tracking, and reviews.
• Plans: the Service is offered as an Essential subscription at $14.90 per month, a Complete subscription at $19.90 per month, or an Annual subscription at $119 per year.
• Payment: payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
• Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

5. Acceptable use

The Service is licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• share your account or resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its content;
• copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service;
• use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or interferes with its operation or other users.

6. Content and intellectual property

The Service and all of its content — including the training program, exercise instructions, text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by MDMS GROUP LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited personal-use license above, no rights in the Service or its content are transferred to you.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Individual results vary, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome from using the program.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MDMS GROUP LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.

10. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you (for example by email or an in-app notice) before they take effect. The effective date above reflects the latest version.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law gives you the right to another venue.
